Join me for a beautiful 3hr Cacao & Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony as we tune into the Beltane energies - a time when the veil between world's is most thin, and a powerful time to communicate with the spirits of nature.Vicky is a Reiki master, Cacaoista and a Breathwork Practitioner with 1000hrs accredited training approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
Join her as she guides you to create a space of stillness as you dive deep within, and create space to reconnect with the internal and external energy of Spring Equinox.
These ceremonies always invite in an intimacy and a deep connection as we share our stories and experiences of coming home to ourselves. We can feel energised and uplifted in the most grounded way.
The ceremony will be infused with reiki as we journey with meditation, the breath, rituals to empower and release and a space to make connections with like minded souls.
Cacao has been used in sacred practices for thousands of years, originating all the way pack to Mayan and Aztec traditions, and contains the vibrations of kindness, compassion and love which helps us to open up our heart space so we can connect to what is truly calling us, and so we can FEEL what we most need to release and let go of.
