Come & join me for my monthly ultimately relaxing & magical Sound Bath at the infamous ‘Cullercoats Watch House’
Sound baths promote relaxation & deep healing whilst in a meditative state.
I use an array of instruments during, including my voice to help you relax & sooth your stresses away.
All you’ll need to bring is a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water & be in warm & comfy clothes.
If you aren’t able to bring any of these, then let me know as I can supply.
