Awaken your sensuality and connect with your body through the timeless art of belly dance. This 4-week beginner-friendly series invites you to explore fluid hip movements, graceful shimmies, and seductive isolations—all set to mesmerizing Middle Eastern rhythms that inspire confidence, joy, and feminine power.
Whether you’re brand new to dance or simply looking to reconnect with your body, Lina offers a safe and empowering space to move with intention, express freely, and celebrate yourself through every motion.
✨ What to Expect
This series is open to all levels, with a special welcome to beginners. Lina will guide you through foundational techniques, musicality, and expressive movement while helping you develop body awareness and confidence.
A hip scarf is recommended to accentuate your movements and add to the fun (but not required). Wearing a flowy skirt is optional. Come as you are, in comfortable clothes that let you move freely and feel beautiful.
Expect an uplifting, judgment-free environment where you’ll leave feeling more connected, radiant, and alive.
