This one day refresher is open to all who have participated in the Bodywork for the Internal Organs of the Belly training.with me. Sun 9 Feb 2025

This is an opportunity to spend a day revisiting and refining the gestures and exploring the why and how they can be integrated to augment a Zenthai session whilst also acknowledging the benefits as a stand alone treatment.
Let me know if there are specific gestures and their nuances that you would like to focus on.
The day will include
~ a short movement practise
~ revisiting organ locations and, briefly, their functions and inter-relationships
~ demos, play labs and guided flows
~ why's and ways to integrate into your Zenthai session
~ connection (and reconnection) with other Bellywork enthusiasts
~ some nuances and ways to practise I was recently reminded of from a seasoned Abdominal Reflexology practitioner.
~ feedback and closing circle
