Tone your body, create curves in all the right places, and have FUN doing it at the Westside Weekly Belly dance Workout!

NOTE : This class is held OUTSIDE. We dance in the fresh air in Clover Park in Santa Monica.

Class is Saturdays 10am -11.15am

This is a unique style of workout that incorporates Beginner level Belly Dance moves.

You will:

• Tone your core
• Learn to move in a feminine way
• Activate your inner and outer beauty
• Ignite your creativity
• Effortlessly clear your 2nd Chakra (womb) of trauma
• Connect with the Divine Feminine

Class is 1hr 15 mins long

You can be any size, shape, age or fitness level. Women's bodies move this way naturally, so it’s easy. And its fun!

Attire: Yoga clothes or a bra style top and a flowy skirt. Bring a layer to put on after the workout. Wear sunscreen if you have very sensitive skin. If you have a hip scarf please bring it. I have some to wear if you don't. Please bring your own water too!

Walk ins welcome.

Location: Clover Park in Santa Monica.

Free parking in the lot or free Street parking. You see me on the other side of teh clean toilet block with teh yellow/pink doors. There is a child's ballet class under a pop up nearby.
