In this 45-minute session, you’ll experience the warm-up, drills, and choreography work our team members do every week — the perfect way to build skills through repetition and technique-focused training.
What to Expect:
- Core body movement & fluid isolations
- Arm styling & shines (solo footwork)
- Rhythm training, balance & spins
- A welcoming space for growth and fun!
