Description: Each week in this series, we begin with an abs and glute strengthening warm-up, move into classic belly dance isolations, add some fun layers, and then drill movements across the floor. We finish up every class with a yogi cool down. Isolations will focus on shimmies, locks, squares, and circles. This class is designed to accommodate all levels. Taught by Kandi Grossman.
