Belly Dance Bliss is a way to move your body in a fun and uplifting way...without judgement and perfection! This class is open to all levels of dancers. You will experience a dynamic warm up, leg and core toning, balance and posture practice, veil work, zill work, lead follow style improv, and a full body stretching cool down. All movements are low impact.
