’tis the season to get rowdy
commercial, heels, call it what you will, it’s got a bit of technique but a lot more attitude. It’s a quick tempo but it’s got that tasty repetition so it’s about having a good time!
Wear: stretchy fit, shoes from sneakers to pleasers and everything in between.
Length: 90min including warmup and cooldown
