Believe Perform Resilience Training (2 x Half days)

Active Essex Foundation Sport and Youth Mental Health Project will be hosting Believe Perform, a specialist culture change consultancy, for their first training session with our LTOs.

The session will be broken up into 2 days and take a deep dive into individual resilience building to ensure that deliverers are ready to cope with supporting others. It will introduce and explore models which will help to aid, build, or add to understanding behind emotional wellbeing.
