Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques without the use of oil, cream or lotion.
The treatment is based on a system of zones and reflex areas that reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands with a premise that such work effects a physical change in the body.
This course runs for 12 weeks from 26th April - 26th July 2025. The first 6 weeks will involve learning a routine, exploring treatment protocols and developing treatment management, effective consultation techniques, etc. The following 6 weeks will focus on developing professional practice skills, and exploring & reflecting on real case studies. During this time, you will take written and practical assessments.
Reflexology is a rewarding career, especially for those who would like flexible working hours on a self-employed basis.
