If you want to achieve results fast with tailored Pilates tuition to help you reach your fitness and wellbeing goals then this 6 week course is for you.You will benefit from:

Each course is limited to 4 movers who will be joining you on the journey to feeling calm and in control of your health and fitness.
Pilates is known for increasing strength, flexibility and endurance – without risking injury or building bulk.
Take time to focus in on your body, your needs and your overall wellbeing.
Face to Face classes are held 11.00am to midday for 6 weeks from Monday 24th February.
For the duration of the course you will have access to:
* A weekly face to face class with three other movers on the same day/time each week.
* An online library of 195 videos with stretches and workouts to keep you moving between classes.
* Access to me and my guidance in a private Whats App group.
* Accountability and an instant group of cheerleaders to keep you moving between face to face sessions!
£90 for the 6 week course.
