This workshop demystifies the audit process and helps nonprofit leaders prepare with confidence. Co-hosted with a professional auditor, this interactive session includes a Q&A to ensure participants leave with practical strategies and a clear understanding of what it means to be “audit-ready.” Topics include the difference between an audit and a financial review, what documentation organizations need to provide, and how to correct issues identified during an audit.
