Go behind the lens with world-renowned photojournalist Allan Tannenbaum during The RIDE Home at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
As Chief Photographer of the SoHo Weekly News, Tannenbaum captured New York City’s electric cultural scene of the 1970s and early ’80s, photographing icons including John Lennon and Yoko Ono, The Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Patti Smith, Andy Warhol and Muhammad Ali.
During this special one-time conversation, Tannenbaum will share the stories behind some of his most memorable images and what it was like to witness history as it unfolded. The conversation will also explore his powerful documentation of September 11, including his iconic photograph of FDNY firefighter Tim Duffy riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle toward Ground Zero.
