Step beyond the exhibits and into Harley-Davidson history.
Stories from the Vault offers an exclusive look at Harley-Davidson history that goes far beyond the typical Museum visit.
As part of The RIDE Home Labor Day Weekend celebration, H-D Archives will bring out a rare 1920 Harley-Davidson J Model for a live, hands-on demonstration. Watch as they reveal what it took to ride a motorcycle. From hand-starting the engine and performing routine maintenance to navigating an era before paved roads, modern technology, and today’s riding conveniences.
More than a demonstration. Take advantage of the rare opportunity to speak directly with the Harley-Davidson Archives team. Ask questions, hear remarkable stories and discover the craftmanship, and innovations that have defined motorcycles and riding for 120+ years.
These programs are offered only on select occasions and are not part of the daily Museum experience.
Advance tickets required. Capacity is limited. When tickets are gone, the vault closes.
