Join the I Fit Out Institute for Behavioral Health Workforce Development for our Behavioral Health Workforce Development Job Fair, an event designed to connect job seekers, students, trained professionals, and individuals interested in entering the behavioral health field with employers and workforce resources.

This is more than a traditional job fair. Our goal is to help strengthen the behavioral health workforce pipeline by connecting people with employment, training, professional development, and career pathway opportunities.

This event is ideal for:

• Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPSS)
• Substance use professionals (LCAS, LCASA and CADC)
• Social workers (LCSW, LCSWA)
• Counselors and therapists (LCMHC, LCMHCA)
• Qualified Professionals (QPs)
• Licensed behavioral health professionals

• Community Health Workers
• Behavioral health technicians
• Human services professionals
• College students and recent graduates
• Individuals in recovery interested in behavioral health careers
• Anyone interested in entering the behavioral health workforce

You do not have to currently work in behavioral health to attend! If you are interested in learning how to begin a career in the field, we encourage you to join us.
