Objective/Learning Outcome: Discuss the advantages and challenges of integrating behavioral health services into the primary care milieu as well as core concepts and key billing factors involved with short- and long-term maintenance of CoCM programming.

Target Audience: Physicians, PAs, APRNs, and other healthcare administrators

Physicians: The activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Texas Medical Association (TMA) through the joint providership of BorderRAC and El Paso County Medical Society.

BorderRAC is accredited by the Texas Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
