Beginning Darkroom w/ Cennady

Learn how to photograph, develop, and print black-and-white film with Cennady! Become versed in using a film camera, a light meter, and various composition techniques. Dig into hands-on techniques for making photograms, small and medium-sized prints, and adjusting contrast and brightness. We will be learning the rules of the darkroom and then breaking them!

All Youth in Focus programs are FREE, and we provide free bus passes if needed. All supplies and equipment are provided. We are committed to equitable arts access for ALL youth ages 13-19 years old!

This class runs every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM, September 23rd - November 13th. The final class will be a public showcase.
