Create 2 project - Permanent Vinyl Decal and T-shirt design
Sunday, June 28th from 2-5pm
Location: Franklin Uptown Gallery (30 East Main Street, Franklin, NC)
Cost: $35 members / $45 non-members
Materials Fee - $5-$15+ depending on vinyl used
You must bring:
- Your own laptop (windows or apple operating systems preferred); if you only have Google Chromebook, just be aware your Experience will be slightly different
- Please make sure you have latest version of Cricut Design Space downloaded prior to class
- If you already have an idea of a design, please bring it with you
- A brand new t-shirt or sweatshirt un-washed for the Heat Transfer Project. NOTE: I have a limited supply of short sleeve/long sleeve t-shirts available for sale $7 short sleeve-$10 long sleeve; limited sizes.
We will complete 2 projects:
· A decal for your car or computer
· Heat Transfer Vinyl to make one design for a t-shirt or sweatshirt
What you will learn:
· How to use basic Cricut Design Space tasks (Attach, Weld, Unite, Slice, Rotate
· How to cut out a design, using mats, etc.
· How to remove background from clipart
· How to navigate Cricut Design Space
· I will provide you with my QRG file that I have pulled together from various sites over the years
