Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have only tried it a few times, this course is designed to give you a welcoming and comprehensive introduction to this transformative practice.What's included in the course:
Fundamental Poses: Step-by-step guidance through essential yoga poses like sun salutations, standing postures, balances, and twists.
Breathwork (Pranayama): Learn how to control and direct your breath to energize, relax, focus, or detox your body.
Mind-Body Connection: Techniques to help you drop out of the monkey mind and into your natural state of peace and calm.
Community Feel: Experience the collective spirit of learning with others and that sense of community and shared experience you can't get on you tube.
