Our next Beginners Course starts on 9 September 🌿
Over 4 weeks, we’ll explore the building blocks of a well-rounded yoga practice - strength, flexibility, balance, and breath - at a gentle, steady pace. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or simply wanting to reconnect with the basics, this course is a beautiful way to start (or start again).
