Welcome to our first neurodiverse friendly Tai Chi classes. We are running a short 5 week course as an introduction to the practice of Tai Chi and Qigong as a management tool for people with neurodiverse conditions.
These classes are suitable for neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent kids who are looking to find a way to unwind and relax.
The class is limited to a maximum of 6 students so we can provide everyone a bit more personal attention and creates a less intimidating and safer environment.
