Fancy making something useful (and lovely) in a day?Join designer‑maker Lauren Holloway for a relaxed, hands‑on workshop sewing a Japanese cross‑back apron.
This workshop is designed to be welcoming and beginner‑friendly, with plenty of guidance along the way. Lauren will take you step by step through making your own apron, sharing tips and techniques as you go, no need to be an expert, just happy to have a go.
You’ll learn how to cut out your fabric, do some simple machine sewing, and pick up a few finishing touches, all at a comfortable pace. By the end of the day, you’ll head home with a beautiful, practical apron with generous pockets, perfect for everyday tasks, creative projects or pottering in the garden.
