Important Notes About Your Pieces

While we make every effort to help you leave with at least one piece, finished results are not guaranteed.

All customers will take their pieces home the same day. We provide paper plates and bags if needed, but feel free to bring your own box for easier transport.

Additional services:

• Bisque firing – $5 per piece
• Glazing service – $10 per piece

Parking & Class Times

Please visit us at our location: 1142 W. 18th St., Chicago, Illinois.

Parking is paid street parking and may be limited. We highly recommend:

• Using public transportation,
• Being prepared to park and walk a few blocks, or
• Using rideshare services.

Class Timing Policies

• Classes begin 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.
• We cannot accept walk-ins who arrive 30 minutes or more late.
• If you arrive late and need to move to a different class time, a $15 rescheduling fee per ticket applies.
• Each class lasts two hours. If your class is scheduled from 5:30–7:30, please be off the wheel or table by 7:30 so we can prepare for the next group.

These guidelines help ensure every student receives the full class time they paid for.
