About this Event
Intentionality Summit 2026
Hosted by Gather Better
Most people don’t lack ideas, goals, or ambition. What they lack is space, structure, and follow-through.
You might feel stretched thin, reacting more than choosing. You know something needs to change, personally or professionally, but the days keep filling up, priorities blur, and even good intentions slowly drift. At work, strategy feels disconnected from execution. At home, life feels busy but not always aligned.
The Intentionality Summit exists to interrupt that cycle.
This is a one-day, highly curated gathering designed to help you move from intention to action. The focus is not on motivation or inspiration alone, but on clarity, agency, and building practical structure around what matters most right now. You are not here to listen passively. You are here to think, reflect, build, and leave with something tangible you can actually use.
The day is intentionally divided into two connected experiences. You can attend the morning, the afternoon, or both.

Morning: Personal Development
Frameworks and Catalysts for Personal Agency
The morning is about you.
It’s about reclaiming agency over your time, energy, and attention. It’s about understanding why your days feel the way they do and how small, intentional shifts can create clarity instead of overwhelm.
This portion of the summit focuses on self-leadership, mental health, and designing your life with intention, not perfection.
You will leave the morning with:
- Greater clarity around where your time and energy are currently going
- A stronger sense of personal agency and ownership over your day
- Practical frameworks to design your daily life with intention
- A draft of something you created in real time that you can immediately apply
- Clear takeaways and next steps instead of vague inspiration

Afternoon: Professional & Organizational Development
Frameworks and Catalysts for Execution and Accountability
The afternoon is about doing something with what you know.
It’s about translating intention into execution at work, in leadership, and inside organizations. Strategy does not fail because people don’t care. It fails because there is no structure strong enough to hold it.
This portion of the summit focuses on accountability, operational clarity, and building rhythms that actually produce results, whether you lead a team, run a business, or are responsible for outcomes.
You will leave the afternoon with:
- A clearer understanding of how accountability actually works
- Practical insight into building healthy operational rhythms
- A drafted 90-day roadmap you can react to, refine, and use immediately
- Greater confidence in how to move ideas into action
- Clear commitments and next steps heading into the next quarter

Daily Architecture: Designing a Week with Agency
Host: David Carnes
Info: The Daily Architecture gives you a way to design your week the way an architect designs a livable space. Instead of managing tasks, you step back to the scale of the whole week, set the conditions that matter, shape the structure, and make it something you can actually inhabit. Using a single-page worksheet, you draft a real week that fits your energy, limits, and life. Over time, you learn how to review what you lived and refine the design, so the week works for you instead of against you.

Accountability Beats Strategy: Designing Environments That Execute
Host: Jeremy Rivers
Info: Most teams do not fail because of bad strategy. They fail because no one is accountable once execution begins. This session explores why plans, org charts, and calendars only work when they are intentionally designed to create clear ownership, honest feedback, and fact based decision making. Rather than treating accountability as a reactive management tactic, participants will learn how to design it into the environment itself. Through a hands on working session, attendees will begin building a practical 90 Day Roadmap that bridges the gap between intention and action, introducing accountability as a true driver of progress.
