Beginner's Drawing Class
About this Event
Come to Friday Afternoon Tea to explore your creativity in a relaxing and cozy environment. Join a “draw and sip” class where you will learn how to draw several species of zoo animals enjoying seasonal playtime activities with pumpkins.
Families, children, and beginners of all ages are welcome!
Your instructor, Veronica Lee, a graduate student at the UW College of the Environment, will guide you through each step of the process. Thanks to the small class size, each participant will receive unique guidance that will help your art to flourish.
You will take home your own artwork and the knowledge of how to build up a drawing from basic shapes, to outlines, to details and textures.
All materials, including paper and pencils, will be provided. Class will run for two hours. Maximum class size of eight participants.
