This half-day course is a gentle, practical introduction to working with crystals.

It’s designed for beginners and for those who feel drawn to crystals but aren’t quite sure how to use them with confidence.

A guided meditation using crystals to deepen connection, awareness, and calm.

• Cleansing yourself with selenite

How to use selenite for self-cleansing and energetic clarity.

• Grounding with crystals
