Here at Moho HQ we LOVE crochet! If something stays still long enough, it will inevitably be decorated with some form of crocheted item! We’ve been teaching crochet workshops for over 10 years so we know how to get you up and running.
On the 2nd Saturday of each month we will be at the Yarn Barn in Milnrow hosting a beginner's crochet workshop. In these workshops we will cover all the basics: holding the hook and yarn, tying a slip knot, making a chain and how to work a double and treble crochet, changing colour and fastening off. These are the foundation skills required by most patterns so will get you ready to tackle your first project!
Included in the price (£20) you get a 2-hour workshop with limited group size to make sure you get plenty of tutor attention, a hook and yarn, a detailed guide, expert tuition (if I do say so myself!), access to exclusive Moho video content on YouTube AND refreshments. You can’t say fairer than that!
This workshop is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the basic skills or even those who would like a refresher course. It’s not even a problem if you’re left-handed as we are ambidextrous so can switch between hands as needed.
