Bungee Beginner – Adults and Teens

Welcome beginners and first-time flyers. Prior aerial experience is not required for this easy-paced adult/teen bungee class. Our knowledgeable instructors guide participants through harness fitting safety instructions basic shapes and moves. Then we challenge participants to bounce outside their comfort zones. We integrate play laughter and silliness into this full-body work out. Contraindications: pregnancy recent surgeries (eye neck back) atlantoaxial instability vertigo or extreme motion sickness hernia.
