Join our friendly little yoga community every Thursday at 8 AM in Worthing . It’s the perfect way to start your day with movement, calm, and a supportive group of students.

Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’ll feel welcome here. Together we stretch, breathe, and create a peaceful space to set the tone for the rest of the day.

How to find Saltwater Studios:

The front door is a glass door framed in white and is shared with Freedom Works.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the start time to get settled.
