Beginner Yoga 101 is perfect for first-time and new-to-the-practice yogis. If you have always wanted to try yoga but have not been able to start because you think:-I don’t have the body type for yoga

This class is for you! Our eight-week class series with Chris Brogden, RYT500, is a safe place for you to explore your own practice without fear of judgment, surrounded by other beginners. This class incorporates foundational concepts of yoga while exploring use of yoga props to make the practice more accessible for everyone individually. Learn to use yoga as a tool to bring wellness to the mind, body, and spirit. This class is perfect for anyone looking to start a yoga practice from the ground up.
