Beginner Sourdough Workshop at Lakeside Coffee

Hosted by Lakeside Coffee in Lake Geneva- instructed by Hannah Ruesch with Little Ranch Co! Let's bake some bread! Through hands-on practice and demonstrations, participants will have the opportunity to develop their skills and gain confidence in making sourdough bread. Each participant will also take home an active sourdough starter and dough that they can use to bake their own bread at home, as well as have Hannah’s continued sourdough mentorship through her post-workshop support group! Learn to make fresh sourdough bread and do it all with your favorite coffee house order on us :)
In this class, you'll learn everything you need to know about the sourdough baking process! Class includes:

*To make sure everyone has their own space and supplies, each ticket is valid for one person only. Please purchase a ticket for each attendee joining us.
*It is recommended that each participant have a Dutch Oven at home since everyone will bring home dough to bake later that night/weekend. The LODGE 5.5-quart Cast Iron Dutch Oven is the best and most affordable one that you can find at Walmart or Target. Otherwise, I can share links of ones that I have purchased online!
