Warren County High School FFA chapter is partnering with Ali Marangoni of Oak Bear Farm to offer a Beginner Sourdough class here at WCHS on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 4:30-6:30 PM! The Beginning Sourdough Class attendees will learn how to use sourdough starter, how to care for it, and receive a simple recipe to start baking sourdough.Reserve your seat for $50 for the class and add-on a sourdough starter in a Weck jar to take home for an additional $15. You may also pre-order an artisan bread knife for $15. This bow saw style knife makes cutting your sourdough bread much easier.
The event will be held in Warren County High School Room 720 just off of the cafeteria.
Additional Sourdough kits and items will be available at the door for purchase from Mrs. Marangoni. If you have a special request, be sure to note that on your registration form.
All proceeds from this event will go towards our FFA student trips, activities, and scholarships.
