Beginner Plus is a 6-week course for people who’ve picked up the basics but find their spinning stops and starts.

Over 6 weeks we’ll set your foundations:
✅ Clearly set wall and wheel planes
✅ The modes, and moving smoothly between them with basic stalls, bounces and pendulums
✅ In-spin and anti-spin
