Encaustic For BeginnersJoin us for a captivating journey into the ancient art of encaustic painting. In the morning session, you’ll embark on an exploration of heated encaustic medium, comprised of beeswax and damar resin, as you learn to create luminous artworks on birchwood panels.
What You’ll Learn
Discover the vibrant world of color pigments and learn how to integrate them seamlessly into your encaustic creations.
Master the techniques of applying encaustic medium to create smooth, primed surfaces, and experiment with basic textures.
Create four stunning artworks under the guidance of an experienced instructor, each a testament to your newfound skills and creativity.
