Beginner Crochet - Crochet Valentine Treat Bag

In this class, you will:

• Gain the ability to read and follow beginner-friendly crochet patterns, opening the door to countless creative projects.
• Get hands-on experience with basic stitches
• Create a simple yet beautiful project that you can proudly show off to family and friends.
• Learn how to identify and fix common mistakes, ensuring your projects look neat and professional.

Class Information:

• Class will start at 6:00 PM, Instructor is available starting at 5:30 PM 
• Focus will be on the current project but you can come work on or ask questions about any project.

What you’ll need:

• Barclay Library has some yarn and tools available but we encourage you to bring your own supplies. This project calls for approx 100 yards of 100% cotton yarn as acrylic will melt.
• Crochet hook, A skein of medium weight yarn, Scissors, A tapestry needle
• A willingness to learn!

Who Should Attend:

This class is ideal for anyone who has never picked up a crochet hook before or those who have dabbled in crochet but want a structured introduction to the craft. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and creativity!
