In celebration of National Poetry Month, take advantage of this FREE poetry workshop sponsored and facilitated by members of Decatur Area Poets. This event will take place in the Madden Auditorium. Please bring some paper and a pencil/pen.
This workshop is suitable for anyone Jr. High age and older. You will learn some of the basics principles of poetry, see examples of the teachings in famous poems, and have a chance to write your own poems and have help along the way!
