IMPORTANT UPDATE – FESTIVAL POSTPONED UNTIL SATURDAY NOVEMBER 29th in 2025Due to a recent number of unforeseen circumstances, Beers at the Basin has unfortunately been postponed from this year until Saturday November 29th next year.
All ticket holders will receive an email communication from Eventbrite shortly around refunds or a transfer of tickets to next year’s event.
Current Ticket Holders: We would love it if you held onto your tickets and joined us in 2025.
If you wish to do this, you don’t need to do anything. Your tickets will automatically be transferred over.
Refunds: We understand many of you may be unsure of your future plans at present. In order to give you enough time to make a decision, we’ll be opening up refunds until the end of this year –so there’s no hurry.
This should hopefully give you enough time to sort your plans and talk to your mates.
If you require a refund please follow the instructions below
Refunds available for 2 months until 31st December 2024 – so there’s no hurry.
• Log in to Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.co.nz/signin/
• Go to “Tickets” in your account.
• Click “Request a refund”.
Enter your details and submit your request.
Your request will be processed by our team and you will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
