In April 2023, Aotearoa New Zealand made history with a world-leading ban on the live export of livestock by sea. However, the current coalition government has signaled plans to overturn this ban and reintroduce this cruel and outdated practice, despite strong opposition from the majority of the New Zealand public.
Join End Live Export New Zealand on Saturday, November 23rd, and Sunday, November 24th, as we take to the streets once again to send a clear message to the government: there is no place for live export in Aotearoa.
