Beer Dinner

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 27th, at 6 PM, and join us for a unique beer dinner experience at The Olive Ann Hotel. This 6-course dining event will feature fun dishes thoughtfully paired with standout beers from Half Brothers Brewing Co.

Tickets are $110. This includes 20% gratuity. This event will be held at The Opal, which has been newly relocated to be connected to The Olive Ann Hotel.

The Menu:

1. Arrival Course: Pretzel bites with beer cheese, smoked salmon phyllo cup, and Philly cheesesteak lumpia (Paired with: tasters of select brews)
2. First Course: Loaded potato soup with soda bread (Paired with: Classic Blonde)
3. Second Course: Blueberry and goat cheese salad with honey lavender dressing (Paired with: Blueberry Blonde Ale)
4. Third Course: Shepherd’s pie (Paired with: Stout)
5. Fourth Course: Espresso crusted tenderloin with an espresso balsamic drizzle, served with grilled asparagus (Paired with: Albino Buffalo Coffee Blonde Ale)
6. Fifth Course: Banana-pecan bread pudding with mascarpone whipped cream and a boozy banana crème anglaise (Paired with: Laughing Taffy Banana Sour)
