We’re freezin’ for a reason! ❄️Join Special Olympics North Dakota for the Grand Forks POLAR PLUNGE® on Saturday, March 22, at Choice Health & Fitness (4401 S 11th St, Grand Forks, ND) to take an icy dip in support of over 1,000 Special Olympics athletes!
🕛 Registration begins at 12:00 PM
🌊 Plunges begin at 12:30 PM
Spectators welcome! Come cheer on participants, enjoy the high-energy atmosphere, and celebrate inclusion.
🏅 How to participate:
Plunge solo or with a team! Each participant must raise $100 minimum to take part. Compete for prizes in categories like:
• Best Costume
• Best Belly Flop
• Youngest Plunger
• Most Money Raised by a Law Enforcement Team
• Most Money Raised by a Team
• Most Money Raised by an Individual
Organized by community volunteers and local law enforcement as part of the Law Enforcement Torch Run® for Special Olympics North Dakota, this event funds year-round sports training and competitions for Special Olympics athletes.
