Becoming a Woman Workshop

~ This workshop is a gathering for Mothers and Daughters to celebrate and demystify the menstrual cycle and discover the magic of becoming a woman.~
There is something deeply meaningful about honouring a girl's journey of becoming.
In a world where first periods are often met with embarrassment, confusion, or silence, this workshop offers something different. A chance to pause, and welcome this beautiful unfolding with wisdom, connection, and love.
Together, mothers (or mother figures) and daughters will explore:
* The cyclical nature of being a woman
* The wisdom and rhythms of the menstrual cycle
* The inner seasons and the gifts each one offers
* Stories, ritual, creativity, and shared experiences
* The magic of gathering in women's circle
* Connection and sharing together
Held in a warm and welcoming circle, this workshop creates a safe space for questions, sharing, laughter, and learning.
The girls are supported to understand and embrace the changes unfolding within them with confidence, curiosity, and a deeper connection to themselves, while mothers are invited to deepen their connection with their daughters and reflect on their own journey of becoming.
This workshop is suitable for girls approaching puberty, or who have recently begun menstruating, alongside their mother or mother figure.
Held over two sessions, the first is for mothers/mother figures to gather, connect, and prepare, followed by a second session where mothers and daughters come together in circle.
