Divisions may be combined if three (3) or fewer contestants are entered. The Infant Miss division may be subdivided at the director's discretion based on number of entries.

Morning Divisions: Registration 9:00-9:45 AM • Pageant 10:00 AM
Afternoon Divisions: Registration 1:00-1:45 PM • Pageant 2:00 PM
Fees & Awards
$65 Entry Fee (Due Oct 1, 2026) • $15 Late Fee • Queens receive crown & banner • Alternates receive sash
Side & Optional Awards
Most Beautiful • Best Fashion • Prettiest Eyes • Prettiest Hair • Best Smile • Most Photogenic
Optional: Overall Most Beautiful will be awarded to the contestant with the highest beauty score in the morning divisions. Overall Photogenic will be selected prior to competition by the judges for both morning and afternoon portions.
Attire
Morning: Sunday's Best • Afternoon: Formal Evening Gown
Judging Information
Contestants will be scored by a panel of three judges using a tenth-of-a-point scale (9.0-9.9). Judges are not required to agree on a winner. Final placements are determined by total score. Judges evaluate overall appearance, personality/modeling, and facial beauty. Age will be considered when scoring modeling ability.
Scoring Integrity & Judge Feedback
Scores will be audited. If a judge's scores significantly impact results or are inconsistent, the director reserves the right to remove those scores. Results will then be based on the remaining judges. Lowballing will not be tolerated. Judges will be available for comments and questions after both pageants.
Rules & Expectations
• Contestants must check in during their assigned registration window. Late arrival may result in disqualification.
• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Good sportsmanship is required from contestants, parents, and guests. Disruptive behavior may result in removal.
• No approaching, contacting, or attempting to influence judges before or during competition.
• Contestants must compete in the correct age division based on pageant requirements.
The director reserves final decision on all matters
Official Photography Notice
Karen Sonnier will be onsite for stage photography. Winners are required to purchase crown photos upon winning.
