Get ready for Beat the Funk 2026: Putting the Funk in FUNKtion, happening Saturday, October 3, 2026, at the Premiere Event Center in Peoria!
This unforgettable evening will combine live music, movement, community, and plenty of funky energy—all to benefit the Glen and Polly Barton Clinic for Fitness and Function at Bradley University. The clinic provides no-cost physical therapy, wellness services, and life-changing support for people living with neurological conditions and others who may be uninsured or underinsured.
Enjoy live entertainment from Dexter O’Neal & The Funk Yard, heavy appetizers, a silent auction, wine pull, 50/50 raffle, interactive activities, the Funk Wall, and our crowd-favorite Funk Off dance contest!
VIP guests are also invited to the President’s Reception from 5:00–6:00 p.m., featuring elevated appetizers, a private bar, and opportunities to connect with Bradley University leadership. General admission doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Beat the Funk is a 100% volunteer-driven nonprofit, and proceeds remain right here in Central Illinois to create meaningful local impact.
