About this Event

Join us along with an instructor from Hot Yoga Ferndale! We'll be outside at sunset downtown Detroit at Beacon Park for a 60 minute session of community, wellness and fitness!

Using the principles of Pilates and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) and Gentle Pilates, this energizing low-impact class will elevate your heart rate and safely strengthen your whole body. Please bring a mat, towel, and water! Special thanks to Hot Yoga Ferndale.

Please note: This is a donation class ($10 recommended).

A portion of the proceeds will go to SAY Detroit. The organization provides pathways to success for Detroiters in need.
