Join us at Y6 Hyde Park on June 21st for the first Beach Yoga of the year in celebration of National Yoga Day. This unique experience allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while taking care of your body and mind. The session will be led by phenomenal instructor, Erica, who will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises designed to help you relax and rejuvenate.

After the yoga session, you can enjoy light refreshments and participate in raffles for a chance to win some exciting prizes.
