Join me EVERY TUESDAY AT 9AM for a gentle, relaxing, and always beginner friendly yoga class on the beach!! 🏝️ 🧘🏻‍♀️ ☀️ 💖 🌸
The easiest way to get to class is to enter through the Padre Balli Park entrance and either follow the road to the beach and take a right on the beach or follow the road to the right and park behind the big blue park building. Look for the yoga flag!
Class is donation-based. You can pay with Zelle, CashApp, and Cash.
Class is always beginner friendly!!
I recommend using a flat sheet or yoga blanket. I have a few yoga blankets to share! Come early to grab a spot on one of my 2 large beach blankets that hold 2 people with plenty of space to stretch out!
Don’t forget your water and sunscreen!
