Imagine feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin, the gentle ocean breeze on your face as you move, breathe and experience the joy of starting your weekend in nature 😊
Beach Yoga classes are a moving meditation in the sun, where you'll create your own moment to relax and have fun.
Suitable for all levels, including beginner students. Start your weekend enjoying your yoga practice in nature at the beautiful South Beach!
Classes are located at Ocean Road, South Fremantle, just north of the South Beach Cafe. Look out for the orange flags!
Some important things you need to know:
▷ You will need to BYO your own mat (or towel) to practice on and any other props that you'd like to use
▷ It’s a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you
You can book online at our website or register at class on the day ($15 for a single class - cash and card payments available).
We'd be so grateful if you could arrive at class 10 minutes early to set up 😊
Classes are Saturday at 8.00am.
