In this fun summer workshop we will take time to reverse, retrograde and backtrack. We will press rewind on the moving forward monotony and spend an afternoon looking backwards, reaching backwards, spiralling backwards, and walking backwards.
And feel the delight of the space behind you opening up, awakening your back body and expanding your 3-dimensional self!
Afternoon tea provided.
This workshop includes supine, prone, seated and standing lessons.
This workshop suitable for Feldenkrais, Somatics and mobility lovers. Not suitable for those with injuries or limited movers.
