Each Tuesday morning this July, join Jodi for a Beach Sound Bath on the shore of Grand Traverse Bay — 40 minutes to rest, reset, and find some calm beside the water before the day begins.
Find a spot on the sand, sit or lie back, and let the sound of singing bowls and gentle instruments wash over you — quieting a busy mind and softening the body. No experience needed; come as you are. (not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy)
🌊 When: Tuesdays at 9:00 AM (about 40 minutes)
🌊 Where: Senior Center Beach, 801 E Front St, Traverse City
🌊 Cost: Donation-based — give what feels right (cash or Venmo: venmo.com/u/courageouslifecounseling)
🌊 Bring: A towel or blanket to sit or lie on, and dress for the morning weather
